GUIDED MULTI-DAY ADVENTURES IN LAPLAND

Reservations can be made through email, call or visit to our office. To confirm your booking, a deposit (downpayment) of 20% of the total sum is invoiced. The rest of the sum is then due 30 days prior to the beginning of the (first) activity. Changes to reservations must be made no later than 10 days before the day of the trip. Cancellation is free until 30 days prior to the intended date, meaning we also refund the 20% deposit. 10-30 days before the day of the trip we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations are not possible anymore later than 10 days before the reservation. Please note that all animal-related activities, unlike other activities, are completely non-refundable after 30 days prior to the activity.

Ylläs Experiences Oy reserves the right to change programs and prices at any moment. Earlier agreed prices will obviously not be affected. Programs may be changed due to weather conditions or to ensure customer safety. In case we need to cancel a tour (dangerous weather, lack of snow, a guide's illness), we'll refund the tour 100%. This does not apply to cases where we cancel a tour due to a customer's inability to participate (sickness, under the influence of alcohol or drugs etc.).

Please make sure you have suitable, valid insurances. Husky, snowmobile and riding safaris are not suitable for pregnant women or people with back, hip, wrist and leg injuries. If you are wondering whether you are able to join or not, please consult us as much in advance as possible.
